Six Word Stories

Day Four

I’ve been inspired by poetry today. My friends and I have started a monthly challenge to memorize a poem, record it, and share it with each other. I wanted to do something slightly different for my daily writing, so I completed nine six-word stories. If you have never heard of a six-word story, check them out here, they are fantastic.

-Freedom: one-way ticket to anywhere-
-Sarcastically she said, “I love you”-
-School isn’t a synonym for success-
-She remembered only his tiny hands-
-Santa isn’t dropping by this year-
-The wedding dress, wouldn’t be worn-
-Return to sender, my saggy bottom-
-Candlelight and wine, I’ll be fine-
-Me without you is simply better-
